Teton Sunset

Evening is such a magical time.  The light and shadows make everything beautiful. Some naturally gorgeous places get better in the morning and the evening.

Last year we went on a cross country road trip. I loved it.  We drove through Grand Teton National Park on our way to our hotel in Jackson, Wyoming.

The mountains were lit up beautifully.  There were waterfalls, and since it was June, they were still snowcapped.

To create a sense of the warm light, I added some yellow Ochre to the white in the highlights, and I added blue to the shadows to cool them down.

This is really nice. You get better all the time. Keep at it.
